Lemon Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1/2 of a lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. raw honey
  • 1 cup filtered water

Boil the water and pour over the grated ginger, letting it steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain and transfer to a mug, mix in lemon juice and honey and enjoy!
